Charlotte Wathan-Jones
Charlotte is WONDER’S Co-Founder and Managing Director. Charlotte’s twenty-five year career as an academic and strategist, leading cultural and behavioural change, led to her role as the Head of the Women’s game at the Welsh Rugby Union, where she instigated the inaugural professional contracts for senior women.
Charlotte now brings her experience working across public, private and third-sector organisations at operational, executive and board level, into corporate leadership teams, to help them ‘wonder’ on how to work more effectively together.
Ryan Jones, MBE.
Ryan is WONDER’S Co-Founder and ‘Chief Wonderer’ and a three-time Grand Slam-winning former Wales Rugby Union Captain & British and Irish Lion, whose career culminated with an MBE in the Queen’s Birthday honours in 2021 for his services to rugby and charity.
Now working with corporates, teams and individuals, Ryan brings his wealth of high performance knowledge, his passion for adventure and the outdoors, along with an insatiable belief in human potential to inspire others to achieve their ‘amazing’.
